A1 is the most massive star known. It is the first star to have a confirmed mass greater than 100 times that of the Sun. It's binary secondary is also very massive, as are some nearby stars in the open cluster/emission nebula NGC 3603. Formulaterp already supplied one of the links that I was going to cite.
