Default Comet CV2006VZ13 (LINEAR) and SWAN

Taken over 20 minutes on July 11 about 4:30 UTC over 20 minutes with a 14" LX200R, Paramount ME, STL-11000XM using one minute exposures while the mount automatically tracked the comet.

Not much tail activity so I didn't turn it into a movie.

Comet SWAN last October had a very active tail. The 30 minute movie I made shows the gas and dust moving down the tail. I was surprised how much the tail changed in only 30 mintues time. Same picture info as for LINEAR but I used 28 one minute shots and made it into an animated GIF file rather than stacking them. I'll try to do the same for LINEAR if it ever gets an active tail.
