Default The Southern sky in mid-Winter

Tonight is a beautiful Winter evening and both Jupiter and Venus are shining in their full glory.
Too much effort to haul out my 9" Dobs so I used my trusted Sony Cybershot T10 on a tripod with a high sensitivity setting and the self timer.
I got nice shots of Venus and Regulus ( only 2 degrees apart), Jupiter and Antares and then the two Pointers to the Southern Cross and the three brightest stars in the Cross. Delta Crux was just too dim to image.
Enjoy and clear skies to you all.

Phil
