There are several methods used to estimate black hole masses (reverberation mapping, emission-line width, Mb-sigma), some more indirect than others. When applied to the same galaxies, they don't always (or often) yield the same mass for the black hole.

There's been quite a bit of action in this area lately, as people have been trying to pin down the form of the Mb-sigma relationship, so you can find quite a bit of data published in tabular form in the recent literature. Go to ADS

http://adsabs.harvard.edu/abstract_service.html

and use the "Abstract words" box to search for terms like

black hole supermassive galactic mass velocity dispersion

You should be able to find what you seek in a few hours.

Good luck!
