As SM said, or implied, you probably won't find such a thing, if only because the SMBH mass estimates depend on the methods used to make them, and, consequently, any list maker trying to present more than just a summary sweep through relevant papers would likely need to address some non-trivial consistency issues, especially wrt estimates of uncertainty.
