Hello, Mr. Leggiere and welcome to BAUT. Are we permitted to call you Larry? I am also a space enthusiast with a special interest in Mars, and spent some time there on route to your planet. According to all that I have seen, both in my brief personal visit and in informative articles from those who would know, I do not think that there is ETI on Mars. There may be bacteria or protists living in the ice or deeper bellow the surface, but this is not something we know for sure yet.
I am sure that these two errors in your post were not intentional, but you may wish to edit them:
