As far as Nicolas's question, we have three cases:
- (1) the people that are part of the conspiracy, i.e. all the illuminati governments, from Japan to Germany.
- (2) the people who are not part of the conspiracy and could put an end to it but did not.
- (3) the sheeple.

As far as case 3), the previous link explains it.
As far as (2) it all resumes to Vladimir Putin and Russia, NOT to be confused with the Soviet Union of the period mentioned in first post, i.e. 1959-1979.
