Appearance of what?

Right now I'm using a small screen (laptop) which might make a difference, but there is a video as people walk around empty rooms, and it ends without anybody in the video saying anything. On first viewing I didn't see anything interesting.

I watched again and . . . I still didn't see anything.

Then I read the comments. According to some comments, there is supposed to be something in a window at some point. Well, with that hint, and the hint to be looking at around the eighteen second mark, in one window I see what might be a distortion of buildings or might look a bit like a face. Maybe somebody with a bigger screen might see something more impressive, but I was underwhelmed.

So, is it a screen issue? Is there a photoshopped face that I couldn't resolve, or is this what I suspect, a case of pareidolia? Maybe some closeups of individual frames would help.
