What Is Privacy?
Donald Kerr, the principal deputy director of national intelligence, seems to have his own idea.
I found Kerr's arguments full of...well, many examples of logical fallacies including appeals to popularity, consequences, and novelty, the bandwagon fallacy, a really obvious red herring (pew!), and of course, begging the question. It certainly ties in quite well with the BA's opinion of AT&T.
Snoops are snoops, no matter what. And the Constitution and its amendments are the fundamental law of the United States, no matter how inconvenient they may be for certain groups.
Meanwhile let's keep this about the definition of privacy, rather than turn it into a partisan political debate.
