There's nothing for 2012 or for the foreseeable future. There are things in the galaxy (including "dust" clouds) that hypothetically could cause problems on Earth if we went through them or were near them, but we aren't near anything like that. Some folks just don't seem to get the scale of the galaxy: If there was (for example) a dust cloud, it would be light years across and we would have seen it for a long time. It couldn't possibly sneak up on us.
