Doesn't look very cross-like to me. The angles are way off, and where's Neptune fitting into the cross?

It's all rubbish. Nothing out of the ordinary will happen, any more than it did last time some great cosmic conjunction was announced, or the time before that, or the time before that. Anyone recall the great harmonic concordance of 2003, in which they had to include a piddling little lump of ice called Chiron just to make the sixth point of a hexagon?
