The best way to put your mind at ease, dear OP'er, is to not blindly buy into these claims, or any other claims. Think through everything for yourself.

Give me some time and I can make a pretty convincing argument that the cottage cheese industry is a front for some secret world-government, and that they are on the verge of hatching their plan to "cleanse the earth of the unworthy". At least, it would be pretty convincing solong as you don't look into the claims any further, or question any of my rationalization and motives.

Be skeptic, think for yourself, and always remember that just becase someone calls something a fact, that doesn't mean it is one.
