Two points, Antarctica isn't relevant for the Atlantic conveyor as that's driven by the
Arctic ice, and if you look at the two pictures at the start of
this article you can see for yourself whether it's serious or not.
Note that that picture is the situation 2½ years ago.
BTW. Denmark had the second record year in a row for average temperature in 2007, beating the previous record year which was 2006.
