Return of The Daily Colbert Show Report!
They're back, if the Comedy Central announcements are accurate. New shows start Monday evening.
Wonder how they'll get caught up on everything that's transpired since the beginning of November?
The Daily Show will probably skip any kind of Bush/Washington stuff, since that would take the equivalent of a Labor Day telethon. Whereas for The Colbert Report someone will probably just nudge Stephen and remind him it's not 1907 anymore.
This should work out nicely since PBS will be just wrapping up their broadcast of Rattle and the Berliner Philharmoniker performing Mahler's Ninth a few minutes before Jon takes the air.
Plus there's a football game on, too. The old DVR should get quite a workout.
