According to a lot of these 2012 guys, the Schumann resonance is shooting up and all our brains will enter a new state in 2012. Funny thing though, all the sites that actually measure the Schumann resonance show none of the changes claimed by these people with big imaginations. The Mayan 2012 is nothing different to the clock ticking over from 1999 to 2000 in the Christian calendar. About all that will happen is that a bunch of people will do some silly things and then the world will go on as before. The computers will keep working too unless there is a Y2.012 K bug.
