Would it be correct to say that this ATM idea intends to be some kind of theory of everything? That it postulates that all physical phenomena are, in principle, within its domain of applicability? From non-linearity it follows that all standing waves must evolve with time. Any repeating wave in the universe that evolves must do this by developing harmonics which are exact frequency multiples of itself. That means that they are smaller waves. That leads directly to the larger waves losing energy, at a very gradual rate (the Hubble rate). That is the VMH (Arp-Narlikar).
