Hello Rekisha, welcome to BAUT!
There are a number of threads here about 2012, mostly in ATM.
The other planets (especially the Jovians) are constantly pulling at the Earth according to their mass and distance. This does indeed affect the Earth's (and other planets) orbit in an extremely small way. An alignment would increase this pull slightly. Fortunately, even the combined pull of an alignment will not exert enough pull to change the orbits noticeably exept over millions of years. Neptune and Uranus can occasionally approach each other closely enough to affect each others orbits. This would be the only chance for planetary collision and there is no chance that this will happen anytime soon.
