That stuff is from way after my time, but I did have the G.I. Joe Mercury capsule. It supposedly could float too. What they didn't bother to mention is that the detailed glued-on instrument panel was paper and not water proof. Maybe if I had been older I would have realized that before I put it in the water, but come on! What else are you going to do with a space capsule if not demonstrate a water landing?
