With Clementine's puny 46 mm (about 2-inch) aperture telescope (Wikipedia) -- compared to Hubble's relatively gigantic, circa 2400 mm (about 95 inches) aperture and similar for top-notch spy satellites -- a claim that performance should be anywhere near comparable is laughable.
