I saw the ISS pass over last night (Devon, England) and was impressed with how much brighter it was than last time I saw it, presumably because of the addition of ATV Jules Verne, crystal clear night and just passed the new moon, pretty, almost poetic.
Q. Does anyone know when expedition 17 will dock with ISS? I can't find any more than Thursday 10th, or, how long it is in the vicinity of the ISS, what I'd like to see is both the ISS and a docking rocket travelling over close to each other but not attached. Previous dockings have been at the wrong point of it's orbit (from my point of view ;-)), but this time ISS is visible for me until the 12th.
Couldn't find anything obvious on NASA or Heavens-Above sites,
thanks klik
