The NOVA program
"Judgement Day: Intelligent Design on Trial" does an excellent job describing both evolutionary theory and ID. And yes, ID really is nothing more than Biblical Creationism in a new coat. Chapter 10 of the NOVA program I linked above (you can watch it online from that link) shows the transitional fossil between creationist and intelligent design proponent: "cdesign proponentsists."
