There is no large planet that has an orbit that takes it from outside Neptune to inside Earth. If there was, we would see the effects of its gravity on the planets in our solar system.

This no doubt has been described dozens of times on this site already.

The Earth's magnetic pole shifts. The Earth's axis cannot shift (other than the well known oscillations) due to the impact of our large moon.
