Well, you would have to be both a BSG fan AND know your constellations AND happen to study the backdrop in the 2 seconds Orion is visible. If it's intentional, then it's a clue reserved for the chosen ones!!

However, I think it's more likely a mistake (standard starfield backdrop). Somebody ought to review the entire series to scan any star field for known constellations....
