What I would leave off:
Final Mission: Good Picard moments, but Wesley must die.
The Loss: As a disabled person, I find the whole idea that a non-empathic Troi could consider herself disabled disgusting
Q-Pid: after a run of good Q eps, back to the crap.
Devil's Due: Feels as cheesy as the original series, which isn't surprising, since it was originally a script for Roddenberry's unfilmed Trek follow up
Half a Life: Some positively wretched astronomy, a tepid David Ogden Stiers and Lwaxana (gag) Troi. Weird to see a pre-Ro Michelle Forbes getting all sobby.
