But seriously, this is the same idea about an observer created reality, well covered by Wheeler. I think his Particapatory Anthropic principle covers the basics of this theory.

However, it makes as much sense as any other theory which tries to explain the observer related coincidences seen in both quantum mechanics and the unexplained biocentrism of our universe.

And it surely makes more sense than the occam's razor breaking ideas about multiple this and that, many worlds this and that. You know science has hit rock bottom when we need multiples to explain such coincidences. No wonder string theory is so dissapointing and banal.
