Nobody's doing that. We're pointing out that claims saying the world will end by means of the effects of so-called Planet X are demonstrably unsupported. There's a difference. One is a general clam, the other is specific.

How would you have that answer without having conducted science? If you say "scientists are wrong," that means you measured a proposition against observable evidence or outcome. That is science. What you're doing in order to trash mainstream science is no different than what scientists actually do. Scientist, heal thyself.

Yes, that's utter rubbish and no one here believes that. We do, however, distinguish between guarding against real threats and guarding against imaginary ones. If we only have a limited set of resources, and if the act of defending against a threat is inherently risky, then it makes sense to evaluate the putative threats.
Rejecting Planet-X claims on the basis of evidence is not the same as claiming to be invincible or believing ourselves protected by some "unknown force." I really don't think you have a clue what mainstream science really says.
