In rescaling, there is no dark energy, and omega(matter) is really 1.

The value of 0.25 calculated by scientists, is due to them using a value of the rescaling constant which is twice the real value (Hubbles constant).

Because it is squared in the calculations they conclude 0.25, but the real value is 1.
