Boy, oh boy, where to begin with that.
Have they started S4 on your side of the pond yet?
At any rate, read the "BSG S4 rumor mill" thread right here where I compiled a lot of the spoilers that were buzzing around before S4 started, and some afterwards.
Here is a good spoiler site that's been pretty much dead on accurate so far:

Now, on the left you'll see a long list of links -- look for the "speculation" link. They put the stuff they think is accurate in the spoiler section, but put the guessing and surmising there in speculation.
I'm a spoiler whore, but I hate myself afterwards.
