By the way I love this episode , IMO the best of season 4. I like it when they are these cylon characters !
It is strange how different they are for clones. Nathalie is very affirmative , a true leader ; the other six who kill Barolay has been traumatized and could not recovey. The 8's look like very sissy as Athena is hard like stone. Those who don't have memorries even faked one are completely helpless , just pawns.
That what i think these cylons are just human beings , cloned and put into slavery doing the dirty work of somebody else . Maybe the colonial admirauty ? Yes this sound like conspiracy , but the whole show is rather tinted with paranoia , no ? And by the way who are the Cylon leaders , who took the decision to revolt and attack ? Not these cylons we saw , they have not the right stuff to do such a thing they can only execute orders. Follow "programming" or brain washing.

So to go on in this path , maybe all the Cylons come from Earth , Descending from the crew of a ship captured by the colonials , the military. Some escaped , they are the four and the fifth,so much under cover they did not know who they are, and some were enslaved they are the 7. May be they are in stealth mode because they is a way to discover them if they use their true powers.After all we saw there are links between the Cylons , Boomer murderer personnality has been activated at a distance , and souls of cylon are transmitted tlive o the resurrection ship.
On this ship of my imagination they had magical technology like in the Culture cycle from Banks. May be using Avatars to do the dangerous jobs or having the possibility to resurrect by downloding in a new body. The colonials have use this technology badly and it got them a disaster .
