May be it is just a weakness of the scenario. But they have no reason to revolt that we can understand . I think they are being manipulated because most of them are kind of zombies , with no emotional experience gained during a childhood and teen age.That how I understand Caprica six killing a baby in season 1 , not because she is a devil but because she just doing experiment , completely ignorant of the good and the bad , and discovering only after ; may be , it was a mistake.
