Does that means that as I observe a photon for 1 second, then one second passes for the photon?

My other reading is that you do mean the proper time of the photon, i.e. if there was a clock (of some sort) attached to the thing being observed then it is the time as measured by that clock.

Is it this latter view that you hold?
