Concerning bones, I'm not sure we know whether the stay in 0.4g Martian gravity would result in calcium loss in the bones. The thing we know is trouble is the long ride to and from. A spinning habitat can be good for the bones. The cosmic ray issue is another problem, but you didn't ask about that.
