LSAG report, Review of the Safety of LHC Collisions, section 2, "The LHC compared with Cosmic-Ray Collisions." It's interesting that you believe they are attempting to be deceptive, but given that you seem to think you understand this subject better than they do, there isn't much point in continuing this.
