I am merely pointing out that Giddings and Mangano's own (admittedly conservative) analysis (upon which the LSAG safety report is based) could not rule out the likelihood that CR produced mBH's are never stopped by the Earth (or the Sun or other planets).
In other words, "the Earth is still here argument" is not supported by Giddings and Mangano.
