Actually, there are solutions to all of these. So even if you share common interests, you could still work around the issues you that raise.

Push her into the water a few times. After a while, she will get tired of it and go find another spot to fish.

Hone your skills and learn how to play the guitar really well. Not only will that benefit your interest, but no one plays country music skillfully, so your Good Guitar playing would make awful country music and she would lose interest.
