No, but if you take some of the flowers from his yard, you are.
When you hack into someone's wi-fi and use it to get on the internet, you are using up bandwidth
inside his house. You're not just grabbing electrons that he let out into the air, you are actually using up bandwidth and thus
preventing him from being able to utilize it himself.
