I strongly suspect that all sightings that are not hallucinatory are explicable without the hypothesis that they are alien spacecraft.

Governments hide information; I don't believe that they are hiding anything significant in this context.

Very probably not.

Who knows? Pre-eukaryotic life on Mars or even Europa? They had better hurry; my lifetime isn't that long a time. Anyway I'd guess probably not.
