that's easy to answer. A 5 mile crater caused by a probe of 2 tons at 5600 MPH?
I assumed this slice of moon cheese to be 1 metre thick lifted by the impact into the air ... err, sorry vacuum. This will have a yield that may stirr the upper 1,5 inches of lunar rgeolith as 1,5 inches is the distance it will raise. Not a very impressive weapon.
