Unfortunately, a lot of the Congressmen sitting before him were born before Space Stuff, jets, and even airplanes!

Lots of 'em just dont like the idea of any of that Space Stuff hauling all our money off the planet when they could be getting freeways and buildings with THEIR names on them.
