I had read her references to operation planet x and decided to research. I had found one reference that tha actual name was "Plan X" and that she had changed it to "Planet X" But after looking on news and military sites i do believe it was actually caled operation planet x. I also agree with you that the name was chosen to poke fun at Nancy.
