Ok I gave up already on the Days/year as
something tells me the answer to Q#1 should show
as MOON's/Month | so reason(ill-) starts off like
1 Moon reSeeds from Earth ( Cm/ year ) yeah yeah (mm/mth)
2 Earth's spin-wobble rate reducing ? Due2 #1 above
3 their4 "Average" number of MOONs/month changes "nonlinerarly"
