I would like to point out that I think Richard Hanak has left one point out of his argument that would wreck it in a second. That is that the term centrifugal force is a term of convenience not "fake" "false" "non-existant" force.
The Sun, technically, does not rise. We rotate from shadow into light. But it's convenient to describe the observed event as "Sun Rise", so we do.
Same with centrifugal force. It may not be scientific, or correct, or any of the other adjs. supplied above, but it describes the observed event.
