I just got a note from Larry Klaes, who sends out lots of space-related newsletters, about a new sitcom being filmed in Nashville. The director is none other than
Bart Sibrel. Craig Titley, who was a co-producer of the Fox Apollo Hoax travesty, is the executive producer of this sitcom.
Here's an article in The Tennessean about it, calling it the "Seinfeld of the South".
I can see it now:
Seinfeld-like character: "What about the rocks, the spacesuits, the shadows, the flag?"
Elaine-like character, gesturing with her finger: "Fake, fake, fake, fake."
