They introduced manual LPD redesignation for 12, didn't they? That's during P64 rather than P66 though.
Half-credit. A change was made to the LPD designation process, but it was not to add manual control. The LPD designation was augmented with landing radar data after Apollo 11.
P66 was augmented to treat the ACA manipulation differently. What was the different interpretation of the ACA?
