Welcome, ldobler.

The mission I've heard mentioned as possibly being able to image the Apollo landing sites is Japan's SELENE, scheduled to launch in 2005. However, it appears the terrain camera has a resolution of only 10 m per pixel, which might not be enough to get the job done.

The European Space Agency's SMART-1 satellite entered orbit around the Moon a couple weeks ago, but it has even less resolution than SELENE. I know of no planned mission(s) that will possess the required imaging resolution.
