I have been trying to help HUb’ set up MSN Messenger. Eventually, I figured out that when he downloads, his college room 'school' computer does not allow it to save to the C:/ drive. So a week’s worth of work went down the drain.

I see they have a new, web-only version (see link) of MSN IM. It hasn’t worked up until today, meaning it would just take you into a continuous loop.

I already have MSN Messenger, so I’m wondering if anyone knows the steps to take for activation.

Perhaps, step-by-step instructions.
