Yes. Of course, both you
and the folks back home (where "back home" is much closer, and much less stationary, than you probably thought when you first set out) are travelling in time relative to the inhabitants of some other world that hasn't had a blimmin' great rocket strapped to it.
And if you strapped rockets to every single object in the universe then you'd be synchronised with the universe once more, assuming they're all moving at the same velocity.
