Actually, between the glorious lines of the Saturn V, the (almost) traditional 'rocket-shape' symmetry of the CM/SM and the quirky functionality of the LM, the Apollo missions were just so aesthetically pleasing (although I do have a real soft spot for the Gemini capsule, which for some reason always reminds me of a car I used to own).
