Pretty much normal goings on for that region of North America.

Historically, the areas are active.

Coast of Oregon

Coast of Vancouver

Within a 100 km radius of one of the Vancouver quakes, there has been 345 earthquakes 2.6 and greater since 1973 (NEIC catalog search).
