Well, if you're going to spray chemicals on people, you sure as heck don't do it from above 30,000 feet. It's completely ineffective; the stuff is dispersed to negligible levels - what's not decomposed/deactivated by solar UV on those nice clear days when most of those pictures are taken.

So, at least as far as the poison or mind control or whatever application "theory" goes, their proposed mechanism is quite ineffective - a huge hole in the chemtrail conspiracy nonsense. But then again, this particular brand of woo-wooness is pretty much all hole.
